Aim2Be is committed to evidence-based, habit-building strategies, informed by an appreciation for "real life." Families have access to the tools they need to reach their healthy living goals.
Designed for families, Aim2Be aligns with Canadian health and physical activity recommendations. We worked with an expert team of dietitians, physical activity experts, psychologists, and academics to create and review the content. Reputable organizations collaborated with us to bring Canadians a trusted product.
An award-winning developer, Ayogo Health, built Aim2Be with input from parents and youth and a research team from the University of British Columbia and BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute tested it with Canadian families.

The Childhood Obesity Foundation was funded, in part, by the Public Health Agency of Canada to create and evaluate Aim2Be.

If you would like to promote Aim2Be, please visit Resources to download flyers to help you reach parents and kids 10+ with information about Aim2Be.
